The Elephant owner should submit the Elephant documents, viz., Movement Register, Feeding Register, Disease and Treatment Record, Vaccination Record, Work Register containing the name of the Elephant and the Microchip number on all the pages.

The puppy below the age of three months will not be permitted as performing animals as they can be easily infected by various diseases. The puppy should mandatorily be administered with the Anti-Rabies vaccine after completion of three months.

The AWBI only accept the application of PSP & NOC which are received directly from the producer/production company/authirized person on behalf of Production Company. The Board has no “Agent”, “Middle man”, "Broker" or “Authorized person” in any place and all persons posing as such are impostors.

All the producers are informed that AWBI henceforth will not consider any direct NOC without obtaining pre-shoot permission except the Background Scene, Computer Graphics Scene. Stock Shots and Foreign Shoot.

The applicant has to submit the dog/cat vaccination record (clearly visible) along with Pre-Shoot Permission.

The Owner has to submit a self-declaration regarding transportation of animals that no cruelty was inflicted to animals during transportation along with the photographs of the animals while loading, unloading and during transportation.

Request to rescue and rehabilitate the animals of the circuses whose registration has been cancelled under Performing Animal (Registration) Rules, 2001
